Coffee shops, theaters, galleries, and the world famous Farmers Market event every Thursday night.
Venture a short distance to visit some of the central coast’s finest wineries. One block to a major grocery store. Three blocks to Amtrak and 10 minutest to the Airport. Travel by car: 15 minutes to Avila Beach, 30 minutes to Hearst Castle (stop on the way to view the elephant seals), 90 minutes to Santa Barbara.

Terms and Conditions
- Friday and Saturday 2 night minimum, Sunday-Thursday no minimum
- 30 day stay, total price and cleaning fee to be adjusted
- Check in 3:00, check out 11:00
- No overnight guests, no parties
- SLO has a 10:00pm noise curfew, which is strictly enforced
- No smoking of anything, anywhere, any time on premise. Any detection of smoke order or any damage will necessitate an additional cleaning fee per damage charged to credit card
- No unauthorized pets allowed on premises, damages or additional cleaning due to pets will be charged to credit card
- Lessor shall not be liable for any damage or injury to lessee, or to any
persons on property occurring on premises. - In no event shall lessor be liable for punitive damages
